Einige Untersuchungen berichten von Raten von \u00fcber 50 % der Kinder im Alter von 0 bis 5 Jahren, was \u00f6ffentliche und private Einrichtungen dazu zwingt, ihre Anstrengungen zu verdoppeln. Zu den Hauptursachen z\u00e4hlen mangelnde Schwangerschaftsvorsorge, schlechter Zugang zu Gesundheitsdiensten, Trinkwasser und sanit\u00e4ren Einrichtungen, Arbeitslosigkeit und extreme Armut.<br>Seit Juni letzten Jahres beteiligen wir uns an der Arbeit der Mesa T\u00e9cnica Intersectorial Parroquial (Interinstitutioneller Fachausschuss) in San Luis, mit dem Ziel, Kenntnisse in der Bewirtschaftung von agro\u00f6kologischen Familieng\u00e4rten zu vermitteln und gute Umweltpraktiken zugunsten der Gesundheit und des \u00f6kologischen Erhalts zu f\u00f6rdern.<br>Im Stadtteil La Libertad besuchten wir den agro\u00f6kologischen Modellgarten \u201eChakray Kamarik\u201d und bereiteten gesunde Rezepte mit Gem\u00fcse aus dem Garten zu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
